Amazon related account

Amazon related-account notice. Answer the link they found.

Related-account and associated-account notices mean Amazon tied this seller to another account. Shared address, bank, device, prep center, phone, tax ID, or identity. The Plan of Action has to address that sentence. A generic inauthentic letter will not. You paste the notice. We draft. You submit in Seller Central. Amazon decides.

Honest limit. A related-account Plan of Action is a document. Seller Performance may still say no. Anyone selling a reinstatement guarantee is selling something they do not control. We do not log into your account. We do not write a plan to open a new seller account.

What the notice is actually saying

Amazon linked two or more selling identities. The notice may say “related account,” “associated account,” or cite a policy about operating multiple accounts without approval. The useful response names the overlap Amazon already sees, states which account stays, and states what was closed. It does not invent a story that contradicts the same address, bank, or device fingerprint.

What the POA must cover

  1. Quote their sentence. Use Amazon’s related-account or associated-account wording. Include marketplace and case ID if present.
  2. Map the overlap honestly. Address, bank, device, prep, identity. Say what is shared and what is not. Do not deny a link that exists.
  3. Name which account stays. One primary selling account. Explain why that one is the operating entity.
  4. State what was closed. Past tense. Which other seller ID was deactivated, when, and that it will not be used again.
  5. Immediate actions already taken. Listings stopped on the closed account, shared credentials rotated, prep labels corrected, bank or address cleaned up if that was the trigger.
  6. Prevention with an owner. Who owns account hygiene, how shared devices and prep are controlled, what evidence you keep.
  7. A review request. Short. You submit from Seller Central on the account that should remain.

Account-level only

Related-account is account-level. It is not the listing-only package. If Amazon named related accounts, associated accounts, or identity tied to another seller ID, use Standard, Plus, or Rush. The listing package answers one suppressed ASIN. It will not answer this notice.

What we will not write

How you submit

You log into Seller Central. Account Health → the related-account notification → appeal / Reactivate your account. Paste the Plan of Action. Attach only what Amazon asked. Do not attach our invoice. You can strip our footer if you want; default is to leave it.

Drafts in English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, or Polish. Match the language of the notice.

Clock starts when the notice and Stripe payment are both in. A platform “no” is not a refund. The product is the document. The listing package is not for this notice type.

What does an Amazon related-account notice mean?

Amazon tied this seller account to another one. Common links are shared address, bank, device, prep center, phone, tax ID, or identity documents. The Plan of Action has to address that link, not a generic inauthentic letter.

Will this get my Amazon account reinstated?

No. It gives you a Plan of Action written from your related-account notice. Amazon decides. We do not promise reinstatement, approval, or that funds will be released.

Do you log into Seller Central?

No. You paste the notice. You submit the draft. We do not take passwords and we do not call Seller Support as you.

Can you write a plan to open a new seller account?

No. We will not write an open-a-new-seller-account plan. If you ask for that, we stop.

Is this legal advice?

No. Merchantfile drafts documents. Nick Schäfer / Nick’s Advisory, Frankfurt. If the notice is an IP lawsuit, a brand-counsel counterfeit claim, or something that needs arbitration, hire a lawyer — we will refuse the job.
