Google Ads / MCC

Google Ads disabled the account. We write the appeal. You file it.

Circumventing systems, misrepresentation, suspicious payment, MCC contagion — Google names a policy. The appeal has to name that policy back, say what you changed on the live destination, and stop asking for a second account. You submit through the Policy Appeal Form in the notice. We do not file it as you. Google decides.

Honest limit. Circumventing systems is the hard one. Opening another Ads or Merchant Center account while this one is down is how a fixable issue becomes a trust issue. If that is what you want written, we refuse.

What the appeal contains

  1. Policy as Google stated it, including the CID and MCC ID if any, and the landing pages they named.
  2. Root cause that matches the policy: destination mismatch, shared payment profile, prior suspended CID, unverified business, malware on the host, billing instrument — one cause, not a tour of your company history.
  3. What is already live on the site and in the account: pages corrected, users removed, payment profile cleaned, malware cleaned, ads paused.
  4. What you will not do: create a replacement CID to keep spending.
  5. Request that they review the named policy against the live destination. You submit follow-ups from the same Google account.

Where you submit

Use the appeal link in the email or Google’s Policy Appeal Form. Generic Ads support tickets are the wrong queue. We put that path on the Plus/Rush checklist.

MCC and linked accounts

If the manager account is disabled, the letter has to cover the manager, not only one client CID. Send us every notice, not the friendliest one.

Will Google enable my ads if I buy an appeal?

No promise. We draft the text. Google’s policy team decides. Circumvention cases are often refused.

Can you appeal from your partner account?

No. You submit. We do not access the Ads account and we do not pretend to be a Google Partner working your CID unless that is actually true — it is not.

Should I open a new Google Ads account?

Not to get around a suspension. That is the circumventing-systems path. We will not write that plan.

Is this legal advice?

No. Document drafting. Nick Schäfer / Nick’s Advisory, Frankfurt.
