Meta disabled the ad account. We draft the appeal from that notice.
Disabled advertising, restricted ad account, Business Portfolio flags, account quality — Meta’s text is short. The appeal still has to quote it, name the ad account ID, say what went live on the Page and pixel, and ask for a review. You submit in Business Support Home. Meta decides. We do not promise ads come back.
What we put in the appeal
- Issue in Meta’s words, plus ad account ID, Business Manager / Portfolio ID, Page if named.
- Root cause matched to the flag: landing page, creative, checkout, prohibited vertical, payment method, related asset — not “the algorithm made a mistake” as the whole argument.
- What you already changed: ads off, creative taken down, Page update, pixel events, domain verification.
- Request for review of that ad account. You click submit.
How you submit
Business Support Home (business.facebook.com/help) or the appeal button on the disabled account. We do not take your Facebook password. We do not “warm a new BM” for you.
What we refuse
- Instructions to make a new personal profile and a new Business Manager to keep spending.
- Copy that pretends we are Meta staff.
- Guaranteed turnaround from Meta. Their queue is not ours.
Drafts in English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, or Polish.
What it costs
Appeal from the Meta/Facebook notice. 24h. 1 revision.
Appeal plus submit checklist. 24h. 2 revisions.
Same as Plus. 12h after paid notice.
Clock starts when the notice and Stripe payment are both in. A platform “no” is not a refund. The product is the document.
Will this restore my Facebook ads?
We do not know and we do not promise. You get a document written from your notice. Meta decides.
Do you need access to Ads Manager?
No. Paste the notice and the ad account ID. You submit the appeal.
My personal account is disabled too.
Say that in intake. The letter has to match what they disabled. We still do not create a replacement profile for you.
