One ASIN suppressed. A listing-only Plan of Action.
Amazon named one ASIN as suppressed, inactive, or removed from search, and the rest of the account is still selling. That is a listing-only job. You paste the notice. We draft a Plan of Action that quotes their sentence, names the listing-workflow gap, and lists what you already changed on that ASIN. You submit it in Seller Central. Amazon decides. We do not log in. We do not promise the listing comes back.
What listing-only actually means
The notice names a specific ASIN. Search, Buy Box, or the offer is off. Your other listings still run. That is the listing pack. The letter talks about that listing: title, images, category, GPSR fields, hazmat, variation parent, or the policy sentence Amazon used. It does not pretend to be an account appeal.
- Listing-only: one suppressed or inactive ASIN, account otherwise open.
- Account-level: Account Health, selling privileges deactivated, related account, identity, invoicing, or an inauthentic / IP complaint against the account. Standard, Plus, or Rush on amazon-poa.html. For inauthentic / counterfeit / IP against the account, see amazon-inauthentic.html.
- What fails: buying the listing pack for a dead account. The short letter will not cover what Seller Performance asked.
What the listing POA must cover
- Quote their sentence. Use Amazon’s suppressed / inactive / policy wording. Marketplace, case ID, and the ASIN.
- One root cause. A listing-workflow gap: wrong category, missing GPSR, image or title that tripped a policy, variation setup, hazmat attribute. Not “a glitch.”
- Immediate actions already taken — past tense. Offer closed or quantity zeroed, ads paused on that ASIN, the field that was wrong already edited.
- Corrective actions completed — also past tense. The listing fields you already fixed, the SOP for how that ASIN is edited next time.
- Prevention with an owner. Who checks new listings before they go live, what you log, who pulls the offer if the signal returns.
- A review request. Short. You submit from Seller Central on that notification. Extra ASINs are extra listing jobs, not this letter stretched.
What we will not write
- An account-deactivation Plan of Action sold as a listing job. If the notice is account-level, we will tell you to use Standard and will not take a listing job for that notice.
- A second-account plan, aged-account tips, or a cover story for a second store.
- A fake invoice trail or documents you do not have.
- Fake Amazon letterhead, staff titles, or “from Seller Performance.”
- Legal advice, IP lawsuits, or brand-counsel counterfeit work. Those need a lawyer. We refuse them.
How you submit
You log into Seller Central. Inventory or Account Health → the notification on that ASIN → appeal. Paste the Plan of Action. Attach only what Amazon asked for that listing. Do not attach our invoice. You can strip our footer if you want; default is to leave it.
Drafts in English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, or Polish. Match the language of the notice.
If the notice is actually account-level, do not use this pack. Standard, Plus, and Rush live on the account POA page.
Clock starts when the notice and Stripe payment are both in. A platform “no” is not a refund. The product is the document. Each extra listing-only ASIN is another listing job.
What is a listing-only Amazon POA?
Amazon named one ASIN as suppressed, inactive, or removed from search, and the rest of the seller account is still open. The Plan of Action answers that listing: the ASIN, the sentence in the notice, the listing-workflow gap, and what you already changed. It is not an account-deactivation letter.
Will this get my listing or account reinstated?
No. It gives you a Plan of Action written from your listing notice. Amazon decides. We do not promise the ASIN comes back, reinstatement, approval, or that funds will be released.
When should I use Standard instead of the listing pack?
If Amazon named Account Health, deactivated selling, related accounts, identity, invoicing, or an inauthentic complaint against the whole account, this is not a listing-only job. Use Standard, Plus, or Rush on the account POA page. The listing pack will not address what they asked.
Do you log into Seller Central?
No. You paste the notice. You submit the draft. We do not take passwords and we do not call Seller Support as you.
Is this legal advice?
No. Merchantfile drafts documents. Nick Schäfer / Nick’s Advisory, Frankfurt. If the notice is an IP lawsuit, a brand-counsel counterfeit claim, or something that needs arbitration, hire a lawyer — we will refuse the job.
