Stripe limited your account. We write the letter. You send it.
Stripe rarely names a clean reason. The useful response is still a short, factual packet: what the business actually sells, why the review likely triggered, what you already uploaded, and the controls that are live. You submit it from the Dashboard or the support thread in the email. Stripe decides. We do not promise they lift the limit.
What the letter contains
- The issue in Stripe’s words — quoted from the restriction, capability, or rejected email.
- A business description that matches the live site: legal name, what a customer buys, how it is delivered, refund policy URL, volume you already disclosed. We do not invent a cleaner MCC or a different product.
- Root cause matched to what they hinted: identity, industry, volume spike, disputes, URL mismatch, prohibited product, incomplete KYC.
- Documents already sent or ready: ID, bank, company extract, invoices, fulfillment proof. Named, not “available if needed” as a dodge.
- Controls that are already live: refund handling, descriptor, support SLA, what you stopped selling if they named a product.
- A request for review. You send follow-ups from the same account.
What we need from you
The full Stripe email, the country the account is in, the website you filed, and one paragraph on what you actually sell. If the site still shows a different business than the one you describe, say so — the letter cannot paper over a mismatch Stripe can see.
What we will not do
- Log into the Stripe Dashboard.
- Write that you are “not high risk” if the notice or the site says otherwise.
- Coach you to open a new Stripe with the same tax ID, bank, or device fingerprint.
- Promise payouts will release on a date. Holds of 90–120 days are Stripe’s, not ours.
Languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish. Match the notice.
What it costs
Appeal letter from your restriction notice. 24h. 1 revision.
Letter plus a submit checklist. 24h. 2 revisions.
Same as Plus. 12h after paid notice.
Clock starts when the notice and Stripe payment are both in. A platform “no” is not a refund. The product is the document.
Can you get Stripe to unfreeze my funds?
No. We draft the appeal. Stripe decides whether to lift a restriction or release a hold. A no is not a refund.
Should I open a new Stripe account?
Not as a way around this review. Stripe links entity, tax ID, owner, and bank. If you ask us to write a cover story for a duplicate account, we refuse.
Do you submit the letter for me?
No. You send it from the Dashboard or the email thread Stripe opened. We do not impersonate Stripe and we do not take your password.
