Amazon Plan of Action, written from the notice they sent you.
You paste the Account Health or listing email. We draft a Plan of Action that quotes Amazon’s words, names one root cause, lists what you already did in the past tense, and sets prevention with an owner. You submit it in Seller Central. Amazon decides. We do not log in. We do not promise the account comes back.
What Amazon actually reads
In 2026 Amazon still wants the same three blocks, even when the notice is vague (“Section 3”, “related account”, “inauthentic”). The letter fails when it is generic, future-tense (“we will try harder”), or argues with the allegation instead of answering it.
- Issue in Amazon’s words. Quote the sentence in the notice. Name the marketplace, the case ID if you have one, and the ASIN if it is listing-level.
- One root cause. A process gap: supplier intake, listing workflow, GPSR fields, identity documents, related-account control. Not “a misunderstanding.”
- Immediate actions already taken — dated, already done. Listing closed, shipment stopped, ads paused.
- Corrective actions completed — also past tense. SOP live, invoices filed, fields fixed, training done.
- Prevention — named owner, cadence, evidence you keep, who stops sales if the signal returns.
- A review request. No theater. You submit follow-ups from the same account. We are not a secondary user on Seller Support.
Account vs listing
If Amazon named one ASIN and the rest of the account is open, that is the $39 listing POA. If they named Account Health, related accounts, identity, invoicing, or deactivated selling, that is Standard / Plus / Rush. Do not buy the $39 SKU for a dead account — it will not address what they asked.
What we will not write
- A letter that says you have “no relationship” to another account if you share an address, bank, device, or prep center. Related-account appeals that lie get worse.
- Merchantfile or Nick Schäfer as your EU Responsible Person. Name the EU-established person you actually appointed, or say you will appoint one before restocking.
- A second-account plan. If you ask how to open a new seller account to dodge this one, we stop.
- Fake Amazon letterhead, staff titles, or “from Seller Performance.”
How you submit
You log into Seller Central. Account Health → the notification → appeal / Reactivate your account. Paste the Plan of Action. Attach only what Amazon asked (invoices, ID, authorization). Do not attach our invoice. You can strip our footer if you want; default is to leave it.
Drafts in English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, or Polish — match the language of the notice.
What it costs
One suppressed or inactive ASIN. Not for full account deactivation. 24h. 1 revision.
Account-level POA: Account Health, related account, identity, invoicing, performance. 24h. 1 revision.
Account POA plus a submit checklist (where to paste, what not to attach). 24h. 2 revisions.
Same as Plus. 12h after paid notice.
Clock starts when the notice and Stripe payment are both in. A platform “no” is not a refund. The product is the document.
Will this get my Amazon account reinstated?
No. It gives you a Plan of Action written from your notice. Amazon decides. We do not promise reinstatement, approval, or that funds will be released.
Do you log into Seller Central?
No. You paste the notice. You submit the draft. We do not take passwords and we do not call Seller Support as you.
Is this legal advice?
No. Merchantfile drafts documents. Nick Schäfer / Nick’s Advisory, Frankfurt. If the notice is an IP lawsuit, a brand-counsel counterfeit claim, or something that needs arbitration, hire a lawyer — we will refuse the job.
What if Amazon says no?
The product is the document. A platform no is not a refund. A follow-up reply if they ask a new question is a new paid job.
